Tucker Arensberg Welcomes Desiree Bsales as Associate Attorney in Business and Finance Group

PITTSBURGH, PA, October 29, 2024. Desiree’s journey with the firm began with a summer clerkship in 2021, followed by her role as a summer associate in 2023. In September 2024, she officially started as a full-time associate, bringing a unique and well-rounded background to her legal practice.

During her time at Tucker Arensberg, Desiree has already contributed significantly across a wide range of legal areas. Her experience includes due diligence review for a reorganization and purchase agreement, drafting disclosure schedules, preparing estate planning documents such as wills and powers of attorney, and handling petitions for guardianship cases in Orphans’ Court. In addition, she has worked on Women’s Business Enterprise certification for clients, drafted commercial real estate purchase agreements, and revised independent contractor agreements.

One of Desiree’s distinguishing qualities is her educational background in Neuroscience and Public Health, which provides her with a unique perspective when approaching legal issues, particularly in the healthcare industry. Her ability to combine her knowledge in these fields with her legal expertise allows her to deliver practical, industry-specific advice to clients facing complex regulatory challenges.
