Judge (Ret.) Fitzgerald is a former Bankruptcy Judge with over 25 years of experience. Before her appointment as the first woman U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in the Western District of PA, she was appointed as the second woman to serve as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in that District. She was honored as the elected 3rd female President of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges. Judi has received many recognitions & awards for her work improving bankruptcy law practice. She is also a seasoned litigator, mediator, arbitrator, expert witness, and consultant.

Beverly Weiss Manne is an experienced attorney who represents debtors, creditors, lessors, and buyers of assets in bankruptcy cases, non-judicial restructuring, and in complex and distressed business and commercial credit matters and other commercial finance transactions. Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, Beverly was Assistant Counsel at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of General Counsel, Regions I, II and III (12 states and 2 territories) representing its agencies in all aspects including origination and enforcement, of business, industrial, agricultural, housing (504), multi- family housing and agricultural loans made and guaranteed by the Farmers Home Administration (now Rural Development Administration and Farm Service Agency) Commodity Credit Corporation, as well as the Food and Nutrition Service, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and Federal Crop Insurance Corporation.
