Tucker Arensberg, P.C. Announces Promotion of Five Attorneys

PITTSBURGH, PA, November 21, 2024. The law firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C., one of the premier law firms in Pittsburgh with offices in Harrisburg, New York, Cleveland, Beaver, and the San Francisco Bay Area* is pleased to announce the election and promotion of five attorneys – with four promoted to Shareholder status and one being named a Senior Counsel attorney.

The newly appointed attorneys are listed alphabetically by last name:

Jennifer Bittel Derby has progressed to Shareholder status. Jennifer is an estate and elder law attorney specializing in estate planning, estate and trust administration, special needs planning, and long-term care planning. She also assists clients with business succession planning, and Orphans’ Court matters including guardianships. 

Ian M. Grecco has been named a Shareholder. Ian is a skilled commercial litigation attorney focusing on ERISA matters, representing multiemployer trust funds in arbitration and federal courts nationwide. He is known for handling complex litigation, including withdrawal liability claims and delinquencies.  Ian also handles subrogation matters on behalf of health and welfare funds.

Anthony T. Pavlik has also achieved the role of Shareholder. Anthony is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group, assisting clients in business and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing. His attention to detail and deep experience in the energy industry have helped clients navigate complicated business matters.

Weston P. Pesillo has advanced to the position of Shareholder. Weston is a versatile attorney with a practice spanning estate and trust administration, fiduciary advisement and litigation, guardianship matters, and municipal law. He has significant Orphans’ Court and appellate court experience and represents both individual and corporate clients in a broad range of estate and trust matters.

Ashley Puchalski Thomas has obtained the role of Senior Counsel attorney. A dedicated municipal and business attorney, Ashley brings extensive experience in zoning, land use, labor & employment, and tax assessment matters. She serves as solicitor to several municipalities and provides comprehensive legal services to both public and private sector clients.
