Michelle focuses her practice on Creditors’ Rights, Insolvency, and Real Estate. As Senior Counsel, Michelle guides clients through the legal process as seamlessly as possible while building trust and offering support along the way. Approachability, interpersonal & communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box to offer clients problem solving solutions are just a few of her greatest strengths. As a business owner and landlord, Michelle has firsthand experience in property and real estate business requirements, so she understands and effectively meets the client's needs then finds the best solutions for a positive outcome.
Michelle’s professional experience includes handling real estate and creditor rights issues for financial institutions, investment firms, and various business entities where she successfully managed litigation and appeals in the real estate sector. She also has experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Tucker, Michelle counseled major national oil and gas companies regarding title opinions on surface and subsurface strata's, curative requirements and other real estate needs throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
Michelle earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. In her free time, Michelle enjoys being outdoors with her family boating, wakeboarding and skiing; her family trades one board for another depending on the season.
