Kristy has a wealth of experience in advising and assisting clients from the discovery process through trial preparation in the industries of minerals & mining, power generation, chemical processing, and construction. She has a proven track record of success in the courtroom and keeps her clients' best interests in the forefront every step of the way. Kristy is skilled in fact investigation and development and provides clients with analyses and advice concerning issues and risk assessments, as well as strategies and best practices for litigation.
Attention to detail, being in tune with what the client is looking to achieve, and maintaining good relationships with other attorneys (including opposing counsel) are a few of Kristy's greatest assets. She is thorough when solving a problem and learning a new industry and tries to uncover all of the facts to suggest alternative solutions to build a solid defense for a case.
Kristy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Allegheny College. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. When she's not in the office, she's busy with her husband and two sons.
