Kevin is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group and his practice is in the areas of corporate and commercial business transactions, creditors’ rights and collections. Kevin’s primary focus is assisting banks, mortgage servicers and credit unions with ejectments, evictions and real estate default, including residential and commercial foreclosures, short sales, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, title issues and recovery of mortgage secured debt.
Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, P.C., Kevin practiced with two different creditors’ rights firms and represented servicers, national lending institutions, individual investors and credit unions in consumer and commercial collection matters. Kevin also assisted municipalities with collection and litigation matters.
Kevin has experience defending creditors from actions brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, Regulation X, Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act and the Truth in Lending Act. Kevin has also successfully litigated issues concerning Pennsylvania Act 91 and Act 6 before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
