Joanna Studeny is an Associate Attorney in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department. Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, she worked in various support positions in the bankruptcy space, including as in-house counsel, a legal researcher, and a law clerk. She also worked a previous stint at Tucker Arensberg from 2017 to 2019. Joanna’s clerkship experience allowed her to hone her research and writing capabilities and made her a more effective communicator. These skills make her a capable and collaborative attorney.

It is important to Joanna to be approachable and empathetic for her clients. She understands the importance of volunteering and participating in pro bono work and does work with the Women’s Law Project.

Joanna earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys yoga and spending time with her twin daughters.
