An elder law attorney who works with families and individuals to assist in the development of estate plans, estate and trust administration, special needs planning and long-term care planning.

Jennifer works with families, individuals, and business owners to assist in the development of estate plans, estate and trust administration, business planning, and business succession planning. She also assists clients with long-term care planning, including Medicaid eligibility, asset protection planning, discussion and evaluation of care options and payment for long-term care, and special needs planning.

With her business owner clients, Jennifer assists with both personal and business planning, discussions of exit strategies and business succession planning, and general business advice and drafting of organizational documents.

With her individual clients, Jennifer assists with drafting of all estate planning documents including Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. Jennifer also practices in the area of Elder Law and is able to advise her individual clients in the areas of Medicaid planning, Medicaid spend down, pre-planning for a long-term care need, guardianship matters, and special needs planning and other government benefit planning.

Jennifer also has an extensive practice in the area of Decedent’s estate administration and trust administration. In this capacity, she assists executors, personal representatives, and trustees in the administration of an estate and/or trust, which includes locating and valuing all assets, filing and preparing a Pennsylvania inheritance tax return, and generally assisting the estate representative with all matters in their fiduciary role.
