Eric concentrates his practice on representing financial institution clients in connection with commercial finance and corporate banking transactions. This representation includes matters ranging from small business banking and middle market transactions to very large corporate and multi-lender syndicated credit facilities, including:

Eric also represents lenders in connection with many types of export-related financing transactions, including:
This representation involves the documentation of numerous transactions supported by various products and programs of the Export-Import Bank of the United States and other export credit support agencies.
Eric has also represented lenders in connection with working capital and acquisition financing for oil and gas operators and producers, including documentation and closing of the loan transactions and performance and supervision of the due diligence review of leasehold and other title materials relating to various mineral interests.
In addition, he works with other members of the Financial Institutions Practice Group on the review of documentation for syndicated credit facilities for non-agent co-lenders.
Eric served on the Tucker Arensberg Board of Directors from 2010 - 2018.
