Christopher focuses his practice on complex business litigation and has represented disabled veterans against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, in addition to corporate clients, in pursuing and defending litigation in both federal and state courts involving complex statutory and regulatory provisions, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, and other commercial and tort claims. Christopher has also obtained favorable decisions on a broad range of issues in federal and state appellate courts, including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Pennsylvania Superior Court, and Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Inspired by a challenge, Christopher works tirelessly toward favorable solutions for his clients. He does this by utilizing his superior and persuasive writing ability and outstanding oral advocacy, which are just a few of his greatest strengths. Christopher’s impressive track record of favorable decisions, along with his high-caliber legal experience, sets him apart from others in the legal community and aids him in his goal to outwork the opposition and overcome any obstacle to provide client solutions that deliver positive results.
Outside of the office, Christopher enjoys spending time with and trying to keep up with his two young sons. Christopher is also a competitive runner actively participating in local and regional races from 5Ks to full marathons.
