Christin is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. She has experience in all matters of trial preparation, from drafting pleadings, to taking and defending depositions, to arguing pretrial motions. In addition to her trial preparation, she serves as a go-to resource for both ongoing cases and one-off consultations. Her engaging demeanor earns clients' trust by providing timely and comprehensive updates throughout all stages of litigation.
Christin earned her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. She was awarded the Jurisprudence Award for her work in the Housing Clinic and was selected to participate in a two-year trial program - the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute. While in law school, Christin clerked for a local trust and estate’s boutique firm. Prior to entering private practice, Christin completed an internship in the Legal and Compliance Departments of a leading global pharmaceuticals manufacturer where she concentrated her research on the False Claims Act and Whistleblower Laws. She also gained significant experience through her work in the Corporate Oversight Division at the Michigan Attorney General's Office. In addition to her professional workload, Christin is an active participant in pro bono matters, volunteering in both orphans court and family court.
Obtaining a double major in Psychology and Social Work from Spring Arbor University, Christin gained a global perspective by studying abroad in both Kenya and Guatemala.
Christin enjoys spending time in the city with her family and exploring local shops in the cultural district.
