Albert is a management-side employment and labor law attorney who has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® (Employment Law – Management, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023) and Super Lawyers® (Employment & Labor Law, 2023). For over thirty years, Albert has helped his clients, which range from large international companies and insurers to regional family-owned businesses, navigate the wide-ranging human resource issues all employers face. Although his clients are quite varied, they are concentrated in the manufacturing, healthcare, service, hospitality, financial, and educational sectors.

Albert has taught employment law courses for nearly thirty years. He is a member of the adjunct faculty of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, Penn State University New Kensington, and La Roche University. Albert has served as a guest lecturer at many other institutions of higher learning including Carnegie Mellon University and Duquesne University. Albert has also devoted a significant part of his practice to training and educating executives, HR professionals, in-house attorneys, and all levels of managers and supervisors. He speaks frequently, on a national basis, for HR associations and other trade/business groups.
Albert received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
