With more than 30 years of experience serving as in-house counsel and a trusted legal advisor across industries including energy, private aviation, real estate, IT/managed services, and waste management, John brings a distinctive blend of legal insight and business acumen to every client engagement.

Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, John served as Vice President and General Counsel for a privately held private equity holdings company, where he was a key member of the executive team and managed all legal affairs across a diverse portfolio of companies. His previous roles include senior legal positions at leading retail providers of electricity and an e-commerce company, to name a few.
