Jake Oresick Joins Tucker Arensberg, P.C. as Senior Counsel Attorney

PITTSBURGH, PA, December 2, 2024. The law firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C., one of the premier law firms in Pittsburgh with offices in Harrisburg, Beaver, Cleveland, New York, and the San Francisco Bay Area*, is pleased to announce that Jake Oresick has joined the firm as a Senior Counsel attorney. A highly respected litigator, Oresick brings extensive experience in commercial litigation, labor and employment, real estate, construction, insurance coverage, and environmental law. His strategic, client-focused approach and proven track record of resolving complex disputes make him a valuable addition to the firm.

Oresick’s diverse practice includes representing businesses, insurers, and individuals in matters such as breach of contract, trade secrets, construction defects, and insurance bad faith. He has also clerked for judges in Allegheny, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties and served as a teaching assistant during law school.

Beyond his legal practice, Oresick is an active community member, serving as Vice Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Judiciary Committee and on the West Deer Township Planning Commission.
