Tucker Arensberg strives to create a workforce that reflects the diversity of our society, enriching us with multiple perspectives and experiences that enhance both our strategies for our clients and our contributions to the legal profession and the greater community.
Tucker Arensberg is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce of lawyers and staff. We continue to work hard to make our workforce reflective of our clients and the communities where we practice law.
Diversity has many meanings, but for us it means we value the differences that all employees bring to the firm and to our clients. We maintain a unified and harmonious work environment in which diversity is treated as an asset and where each employee is valued as an equal contributor. Their differing personalities, working styles, cultures and backgrounds contribute to our success in fulfilling our fundamental commitment—to understand the business, mission and goals of each of our clients and to provide those clients with high-quality legal services to assist in meeting their goals.
As examples of our commitment, Tucker Arensberg proudly and actively participates in the Allegheny County Bar Association Minority Summer Clerkship Program; we have hired minority Summer Law Students to introduce them to the firm and to Pittsburgh. Tucker Arensberg is also active in the Bar Association’s Gender Equality Committee and the Women in the Law Division. In November 2022, the firm successfully graduated as part of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s (ACBA) ALLY Initiative first cohort of participating firms and legal departments. ALLY stands for: Attorneys Learning as allies, Living as allies and Yielding results. We actively seek candidates of diverse backgrounds to apply for open positions with our firm. Tucker Arensberg is an equal opportunity employer.
The same attributes that have anchored over a century of success are still our guiding principles today.
