One of your businesses most important assets are its intangible assets, methods, know-how, business names, product names, logos, software and  other intellectual property that distinguishes you from your competitors and gives you a competitive advantage. Once you create a distinctive brand or business asset, it is imperative that you take the necessary measures to protect these assets.

The attorneys at Tucker Arensberg help individuals and businesses to identify, legally own, protect, and enforce their intellectual property rights through securing patent, trademark and copyright registrations, licensing and trade secrets.  We work with our clients’ creative teams from their initial development of the brand or idea to help ensure the best strategy for maximum protection.  Once the brand or idea is ready to move forward, we take proactive steps to seek appropriate protection for the intellectual property that was created.  We also assist clients with license agreements when they need to license intellectual property from third-parties or want to make their content available to other companies or the public.

From the earliest spark of your idea, it’s our business to help you institute the proper strategy for protection and enforcement.
