Tucker Arensberg, P.C. Expands Employee Benefits and ERISA Practice by Adding Two New Attorneys

PITTSBURGH, PA, October 2, 2023. The law firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C., one of the premier law firms in Pittsburgh with offices in Harrisburg, New York, and the San Francisco Bay Area*, is pleased to announce the expansion of our employee benefits and ERISA practice by welcoming two Shareholder attorneys. Both attorneys specialize in employee benefits law, with a focus on multiemployer benefit plans and employee health and welfare, retirement, and apprenticeship/training issues.

Teresa Pofok
Teresa Pofok advises clients on a wide range of employee benefits matters, including legislative compliance issues, multiemployer funding legislation, plan mergers and terminations, retirement plan qualification, Affordable Care Act, continuation coverage under COBRA, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA), and ERISA claims procedures. She also represents clients with respect to employee plan investigations and routine audits before various governmental agencies. In addition, Teresa helps clients obtain IRS determination letters, prohibited transaction exemptions, private letter rulings, and opinion letters.

She is a frequent speaker and author on employee benefits topics, and she is actively involved in the employee benefits community. Teresa is a graduate of Rutgers University College of Law at Camden and received her undergraduate degree from Kent State University.

Andrew Crampton

Additionally, Andrew Crampton represents employees, labor unions, and their affiliated fringe benefit funds in a variety of matters, such as the collection of delinquent fringe benefit contributions and withdrawal liability against employers under ERISA, employment discrimination, wage disputes, and collective bargaining issues.

He is admitted to practice in all Ohio state and federal courts and is a graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland.
