Tucker Arensberg is pleased to welcome Brandon O’Connor to the our Pittsburgh office! Brandon initially joined our Harrisburg, PA office in March of 2022 and has recently relocated to the Pittsburgh area.

Brandon is an experienced attorney who focuses on all aspects of the business life cycle, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, commercial real estate, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and other general and transactional business needs. Additionally, Brandon is a part of the firm’s Trust and Estates practice group and provides estate planning and administration services to individuals.
