Tucker Arensberg is pleased to welcome Michelle L. Pierro to our firm. Ms. Pierro focuses her practice on Creditors’ Rights, Insolvency, and Real Estate. As Senior Counsel, Michelle brings over 15 years of experience and guides clients through the legal process as seamlessly as possible while building trust and offering support along the way.
Michelle’s professional experience includes handling real estate and creditor rights issues for financial institutions, investment firms, and various business entities where she successfully managed litigation and appeals in the real estate sector. More specifically, Michelle handles all real estate default matters for financial institutions and has experience managing large volume bank/creditor foreclosure, ejectment, and title issues.
Prior to joining Tucker, Michelle counseled major national oil and gas companies regarding title opinions, curative requirements, and other real estate needs throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. She is admitted to both the Pennsylvania and Ohio Bar.
Michelle earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
