Tucker Arensberg is pleased to welcome Barb Zemlock to our firm. Ms. Zemlock focuses her practice on criminal law, including appellate representation, professional licensure law and the unique practice of government pooling. She has more than 30 years of experience representing businesses and individuals at both the federal and state level, at all stages and in all types of government investigations, including grand jury investigations and prosecutions. She will reside in the Harrisburg, PA office.
Ms. Zemlock is a former Chief Deputy Public Defender of the Dauphin County Public Defender’s Office, where she represented individuals charged with a multitude of crimes. Ms. Zemlock has tried cases involving complex scientific principles and expert testimony, including DNA. Her trial experience also includes capital cases. Additionally, Ms. Zemlock was the Chief Deputy Public Defender in charge of appeals.
Ms. Zemlock earned her law degree at The Dickinson School of Law and her Bachelor of Science Degree from Wilson College.
