Tucker Arensberg is pleased to announce that two of its senior associates, Mark C. Hamilton and Brian A. Pepicelli, have been elected to the firm’s membership as shareholders.
Mark Hamilton represents and advises clients on commercial, real estate, personal injury, energy and estate litigation, as well as advising manufacturing clients export compliance and licensing issues. Prior to attending law school, Mark worked as a contract analyst, with a particular focus on International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). While in law school, Mark served as a judicial extern to Pennsylvania Superior Court Judges Mary Jane Bowes and U.S. District Court Judge Nora Barry Fischer.
Mark received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude and a Master’s of Science in History from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He graduated from Miami University of Ohio, cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mark is a Judiciary Committee member for the Allegheny County Bar Association, a member of the 8th Air Force Historical Society and Trout Unlimited, Penns Wood West Chapter.
Brian Pepicelli is a key member of the firm’s ERISA withdrawal liability team, which represents multiemployer pension funds in withdrawal liability cases in arbitrations and district courts throughout the United States. Before joining Tucker Arensberg, Brian was a judicial law clerk to two federal judges in Pittsburgh: the Honorable Nora Barry Fisher, U.S. District Judge, and the Honorable Cynthia Reed Eddy, Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge. Brian now uses that invaluable experience to develop case strategies and craft legal arguments for his clients in withdrawal liability disputes, which are often worth millions of dollars and involve complicated issues of first impression.
Brian received his law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law, summa cum laude, where he was senior staff editor for the Law Review. He received his BS from Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business. Brian has been recognized as a Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch in Commercial Litigation.
