The law firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Brian W. Perry and Casey G. Shore have joined the firm’s Harrisburg office. They have represented individuals and corporations charged with all types of state and federal offenses including criminal homicide, drug-related cases, embezzlement, bankruptcy fraud, bribery and obstruction of justice. Their client list includes national celebrities, prominent business people, state officials and judges, and school administrators. Brian joins as a Shareholder and Casey as Senior Counsel.

Brian Perry was a Dauphin County Deputy District Attorney, where he prosecuted hundreds of cases involving all types of crimes. He joined the firm of Nealon & Grover, PC in 1997 and the firm ultimately transitioned to Perry, Shore, Weisenberger & Zemlock, where he served as majority owner and Managing Partner.
Brian received undergraduate degree from Lafayette College and law degree from New England Law/Boston. Casey began his career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence F. Clark, Jr., of the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. He then served as a Dauphin County Deputy District Attorney before joining Perry, Shore, Weisenberger and Zemlock over 15 years ago. Casey has represented individuals and corporations in state in federal court across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and has a reputation as a hardworking, straight forward advocate for his clients. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from the Widener University School of Law.
