Allison Carr and Maribeth Thomas Join Tucker Arensberg’s Bankruptcy Group

Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Allison L. Carr and Maribeth Thomas recently joined the firm in the Pittsburgh office. Both are members of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group.

Allison is an associate in the firm’s Insolvency and Creditors’ Rights Group and concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial business transactions, corporate governance, and representing debtors, trustees, and creditors in chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.

Allison earned her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2006. Allison graduated from Pennsylvania State University in Civil Engineering.  Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, P.C., Allison worked at a boutique creditors’ rights law firm in Pittsburgh.

Maribeth is an associate in the firm’s Insolvency and Creditors’ Rights Group and concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial business transactions, corporate governance, and representing debtors, trustees, and creditors in chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.

Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, P.C., Maribeth was a deputy law clerk for The Honorable Patricia McCullough.  Earlier, she was a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Gregory L. Taddonio and The Honorable Judith K. Fitzgerald (ret.).

Maribeth earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.S. in bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
