Kristin A. Biedinger received a 2018 Client Choice Award for Intellectual Property/Patents in Pennsylvania. The Client Choice Awards recognize partners around the world that stand apart for the excellent client service they provide. The criteria for the awards focus on the ability to add real value to clients’ business above and beyond other players in the market. Uniquely, these awards survey senior corporate counsel only, with this year’s winners chosen from a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments.
Kristin is a shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice group. Kristin’s practice includes all areas of intellectual property including patent and trademark prosecution, trade secret protection, copyright licensing and artist rights, software licensing, and other transactional matters. She works closely with clients to identify, evaluate, and protect new inventions and other intellectual property and regularly drafts freedom to operate and patentability opinions.
Kristin earned her Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law. Kristin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was named to the Dean’s List.
Kristin has been selected by her peers for inclusion as one of Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers® Rising Star in Intellectual Property Law.
