Three Attorneys Elected as Shareholders at Tucker Arensberg, P.C. in 2015

Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that three attorneys were elected to the firm’s membership (shareholders) effective November 1, 2015.

Newly elected Shareholders include:  Gavin A. Robb, Ryan P. Siney and Jillian Nolan Snider.

Gavin A. Robb practices primarily in the areas of Municipal and School Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate/Zoning and Corporate Law and is located in the Pittsburgh, PA office. Gavin’s representation includes: Attending meetings for the firm’s public sector clients and advises them on matters related to employment, zoning, policy and other general issues as needed; serving as general counsel to for-profit and non-profit corporate clients throughout the greater Pittsburgh area, handling all aspects of business law, from formation to dissolution; representing clients in the areas of contract negotiation and land development/zoning. Gavin currently serves as the appointed Solicitor of Churchill Borough and the North Hills Council of Governments. He has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star. Gavin received a BA degree from John Carroll University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Ryan P. Siney advises large and small businesses regarding intellectual property rights, software and digital media, business transactions and commercial disputes and is located in the Harrisburg, PA office. Ryan’s clients are focused in the technology, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, entertainment and health care industries.  Ryan provides legal and business advice on topics such as: Registering and enforcing trademarks and copyrights in the United States and internationally; license agreements, royalty agreements and intellectual property transfers; transactions and agreements related to e-commerce, software, hosting, internet services and other technology matters; employer policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, trade secrets, privacy, data protection and acceptable use of technology and social media; and intellectual property and business litigation, including claims related to the Lanham Act, Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, Copyright Act and other federal and state claims. Ryan holds a Master of Laws in international intellectual property law and a Postgraduate Diploma in commercial and corporate law from University of London (University College London and Queen Mary). Ryan received a Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, a Master of Science from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University.

Jillian Nolan Snider’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions in State and Federal Courts. She is experienced in: Commercial and consumer foreclosure; commercial litigation; commercial and consumer bankruptcy; bankruptcy litigation; workouts and Creditors’ Rights. Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, P.C., Jillian worked at a bankruptcy and creditors’ rights firm in Pittsburgh. In that position, she acted as counsel to several financial institutions in both consumer and commercial matters. Jillian also has experience representing unsecured creditor committees, equipment lessors, utility providers and commercial landlords. Jillian has been named as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star. Jillian earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of where she was a member of the International Law Society. She has a certificate from the University College Dublin (Dublin, Ireland) in European Union Law and International Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. Her B.A. was awarded by the University of Pittsburgh.
