The law firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Steven James and Lindsay Kreppel have joined the firm as Associates.
James’ corporate and business work is centered on the representation of corporate clients in a wide variety of matters including mergers & acquisitions, financing and general contracts. He concentrates his practice on representing financial institution clients in connection with commercial finance and corporate banking transactions. Prior to becoming a lawyer, James was in the United States Marine Corps and served in Iraq.
James earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Robert Morris University of Pittsburgh. He also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Gary P. Caruso, President Judge for the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County.
Kreppel is in the Litigation Group and group and concentrates her practice on general civil and commercial litigation. She represents several large utility companies in recovering damages to their facilities and also defends the utilities in claims brought against them. Additionally, Lindsay is a member of the firm’s Investment Management practice group.
Kreppel earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science degree, in Business Management from Miami University of Pittsburgh. During law school, Kreppel was the Frontline Editor of the Duquesne University Law Review. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award four times for Advanced Legal Writing in Law Practice; Legal Research & Writing: Outstanding Oral Argument; In House Counsel; Criminal Law & Procedure.
