TUCKER ARENSBERG ATTORNEY ELECTED TO BANK COMMITTEE

PITTSBURGH________--  William Campbell Ries, a shareholder with the firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C., has been elected to the Bank Administration Institute's (BAI) Risk Management Advisory Group focusing on Trust and Fiduciary Issues.

Mr. Ries has been involved with the BAI for over 20 years as both a speaker and a member of the planning committee for  various conferences. He will speak at the BAI's Annual Conference in Las Vegas in April 2004.

BAI is a leading professional organization devoted exclusively to improving the performance of financial services companies and individuals through research, information, education and training.

As a member of the Risk Management Advisory Group, Mr. Ries will help provide essential feedback to the BAI staff on the needs of financial services professionals.  

Mr. Ries, a shareholder in the Banking & Finance Department and head of the firm's Investment Management & Fiduciary Services Group, provides a broad range of legal services to financial institutions including banks, investment advisers, brokers, mutual funds and insurance companies.

Tucker Arensberg is a 76-attorney law firm headquartered in Pittsburgh and with offices in Moon Township and Harrisburg.
