TUCKER ARENSBERG ANNOUNCES TWO NEW ATTORNEY HIRES
Pittsburgh, PA -- The law firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. announced that Albert
Lee has joined the firm as a shareholder and Eric Rosenfeld has joined the firm
as an associate attorney.
Albert Lee
has exclusively represented management clients in the areas of labor, employment
and workers’ compensation law since 1992. Albert has an active practice which
involves representing clients before government agencies and in both federal and
state courts. His extensive administrative experience often takes him before the
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the
Occupational Safety and Health Administration, as well as the State and Federal
Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment Compensation Bureaus. As for his
experience in federal and state court actions, Albert has defended employers in
a wide range of cases including those involving sex, age, handicap and race
discrimination, employment-at-will, wrongful discharge, the FMLA, and breach of
contract.
Albert devotes his time to teaching, speaking, and training. He teaches
employment law at La Roche College, Penn State University-New Kensington as well
as at St. Francis University. He has guest lectured at many other institutions
of higher learning, including Carnegie Mellon University, Duquesne University,
and the University of Pittsburgh. Albert frequently speaks and conducts training
sessions for companies and trade organizations on topics such as workers’
compensation, FMLA, sexual harassment, hiring, firing, and related issues. He is
a member of the National Speakers Association, the leading professional
association for speakers, which requires applicants to have presented for a fee
at least twenty times in the preceding year.
Albert received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law
and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and a Bachelor of Science
in Engineering degree in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh.
Eric Rosenfeld
is an associate in the Insolvency and Creditors' Rights practice group at Tucker
Arensberg, P.C. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Pennsylvania
State University in 2004. He was also a member of the Schreyer Honors College
and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in History. Eric graduated cum
laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2008. While in law
school, he was a member of Law Review, serving as Articles Editor.
Before joining Tucker Arensberg, P.C., Eric was an associate at Dechert LLP,
where he was a member of the Finance and Real Estate practice group. During law
school, Eric completed a judicial externship with Justice Baldwin of the
Pennsylvania Supreme Court as well as an internship with Neighborhood Legal
Services.
