TUCKER ARENSBERG ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD MEMBER
PITTSBURGH, PA - Bruce F. Rudoy,
a Shareholder with the law firm Tucker Arensberg, P.C., was recently elected to
serve on the firm's Board of Directors.
A
member of the firm's Business and Finance Group, Bruce concentrates his
practice in the areas of business transactions, general corporate law,
securities, corporate finance and real estate.
Bruce earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and
attended City of London Polytechnic in London, England, where he studied law and
economics. Bruce received his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in
1992.
Bruce is a member of the business law and real property, probate and trust
sections of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He
is a member of Attorneys for Family-Held Enterprises and the Estate Planning
Council of Pittsburgh. In addition, Bruce also serves as a member of the Zoning
Hearing Board of the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Bruce lectures
frequently on various topics including business law issues and estate planning
and administration before various professional, civic and scholastic
organizations.
