We are a full-service law firm, providing all the legal services a company or individual needs throughout their life cycle from business formation to disposition of the business by ownership transfer or sale, as well as all their legal needs in between.


We are purposely a mid-sized firm because we believe, at this size, we bring the greatest value to our clients.  We do not bring on new attorneys just to be able to say we’re bigger.  We add attorneys when it benefits our clients or when new business opportunities appear.  We are proud of the fact that those who join the firm have chosen to embrace the existing culture, which is one of real collegiality, cordial working relationships with support staff and administration, and a demonstrated desire to work directly with clients to help them solve their business issues.

Our mentoring program for associates is an important part of their professional development, and many attorneys have undertaken this responsibility.
