Tricia S. Baldridge
Tricia is an attorney in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditor’s Rights practice group and is also a member of the firm’s Energy practice group. Her practice is primarily focused on representing creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure actions. She also represents commercial lenders in loan modifications and workouts.
Tricia has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. She specializes in Certified Title Opinions covering surface rights, coal, oil, and gas rights for exploration companies and midstream companies in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. She has assisted large exploration companies in due diligence projects when acquiring or divesting assets and also advises smaller oil and gas companies that own minerals in fee through lease negotiations, preserving mineral interests, and other general matters. She has also assisted oil and gas companies in drafting demand letters and preparation for litigation in property and mineral disputes.

Education and Background: Tricia began her career in the Land Department at Chevron North America Exploration and Production Company while simultaneously obtaining her law degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She received the Community Service Award from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law for her involvement on the Board of Directors of Christian Legal Aid. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Point Park University.
