Steve regularly represents clients in a variety of tax, non-profit, and business matters, including: entity formation, individual and business tax planning, tax audit and controversy, settlement of tax debts and penalty abatement, property tax assessment appeals, contract disputes, and shareholder/partner disputes.

Memberships and Activities: Steve is currently the Chairman of the Indiana Township Park and Recreation Board and a member of the Allegheny Tax Society. He is a past Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Taxation Section, where he also served as Vice President. He was also a council member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Taxation Section.

Education and Background: Steve earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law where he was also the Law Review Production Editor. Steve has a Masters Degree in Taxation from Robert Morris University and a B.S. in history from Carnegie Mellon University.
