Sloane B. O’Donnell
Sloane is an associate in the firm’s Insolvency and Creditor’s Rights Group and concentrates her practice in the areas of creditor’s rights and insolvency, commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. She also has experience in litigating bankruptcy matters on behalf of financial institutions, including relief from stay and contests to proofs of claims. In state court matters, Sloane has experience representing financial institutions, businesses and equipment lessors in breach of contract actions and recovery matters.
Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, P.C., Sloane worked at a boutique creditor’s rights law firm in Pittsburgh.

Jurisdictions: Sloane is admitted to practice in the state courts for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Education and Background: Sloane earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2015, where she served as the Managing Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Sloane graduated cum laude from Washington and Jefferson College in 2012 where she earned her B.A. in English Literature and Political Science.
Membership and Activities: Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. Sloane also volunteers her time with Animal Friends in their Therapet Program and in their Humane Investigations Department.
