Paul “Shane” Miller

Shane is an Associate in the Litigation group and concentrates his practice on general civil and commercial litigation. He represents several large utility companies in recovering damages to their facilities and also defends the utilities in claims brought against them. Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, Shane was an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges, U.S. Department of Labor, The Honorable Drew A. Swank.  He was also a judicial intern for The Honorable David Cercone.

Jurisdictions:  Shane is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania

Education and Background: Shane earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law cum laude.  During law school, he was the Co-Executive Editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology, Law & Policy.  He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University.
