Kevin L. Hall
Kevin focuses his practice on litigation including complex civil matters in a wide range of legal issues. Kevin also handles real estate and business disputes, as well as representing clients before a variety of state administrative agencies.
Prior to going into private practice, Kevin served as Assistant Counsel at the Office of the Chief Counsel, Department of Labor and Industry where he handled labor and employment administrative and regulatory matters; defense litigation before EEOC, PHRC, Civil Service Commission; and Wage and Hour civil and criminal matters before state courts. Before joining Tucker Arensberg, he handled a variety of civil defense matters, such as commercial motor vehicle and property and casualty defense. He has assisted with the defense of a number of national Fortune 100® companies, including cases with exposure levels in excess of $100 million.

Jurisdictions: Kevin is licensed to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New York State Courts.
Education and Background: Kevin graduated from LaSalle University, magna cum laude with a B.A. He received his Juris Doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, where he was the Managing Editor, Yearbook of Arbitration and Mediation and a Member of the Moot Court Board – National Appellate Team. Kevin practiced most recently with one of the nation’s premier civil defense firms, centered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
