Jillian Nolan Snider
Jillian is a shareholder in the firm’s Insolvency and Creditor’s Rights Group and concentrates her practice in the areas of creditors’ rights and insolvency, commercial and consumer foreclosure, bankruptcy and commercial litigation, loan workout and restructuring.
Jillian is experienced in representing:
- Secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy, financial restructuring and workout situations, including the representation of numerous unsecured creditors’ committees;
- Trade creditors;
- Equipment lessors;
- Financial institutions;
- Public utilities;
- Commercial landlords.
Jillian has significant experience litigating preference and fraudulent transfer actions brought under Chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code. Jillian also has experience litigating actions brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, P.C. in 2013, Jillian worked at a boutique bankruptcy and creditor’s rights law firms and for one of the largest title insurance groups in the United States.

Jillian is also a member of the Judith K. Fitzgerald Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
Jurisdictions: Jillian is admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
Education and Background: Jillian earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2005. She was a member of the International Law Society. She has a certificate from the University College Dublin (Dublin, Ireland) in European Union Law and International Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. Her B.A. was awarded in 2001 by the University of Pittsburgh in Hispanic Language and Culture.
