Christopher E. Fisher
Chris’s practice consists of general civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, workers’ compensation defense, appellate litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He regularly represents and advises employers, insurers and various types of businesses in a broad range of areas.
He also represents financial institutions, construction companies, health care providers, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, municipalities, and individuals in a variety of cases.

Jurisdictions: Chris is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Education and Background: Chris received his law degree from Widener University School of Law and earned his B.A. in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
