Brian J. Kahle

Brian is a shareholder and counsels families and closely-held business owners on a variety of legal issues.  He represents closely-held businesses from start-up through successful exit, estate planning and estate and trust administration.  His business advisory services include entity selection and formation, contract review and drafting, policy matters, governance and compliance issues, tax and succession planning.

Education and Background: Brian graduated from Grove City College with a B.S. degree; he received his law degree cum laude from the Duquesne University School of Law where he was the Production Editor of the Duquesne Business Law Journal and a senior staff editor of the Duquesne Law Review.
