William J. Staley

Mr. Staley practices real property law including land development (subdivision and zoning), commercial real estate, financing and leasing. He has handled loans for commercial banks and insurance companies, and commercial leases for landlords and tenants.

Bill received both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

He was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 in the Real Estate Law category and has been listed in the directory for 20 consecutive years.  lawyers.
