Stanley H. Siegel

Mr. Siegel is of counsel to the firm and practices workers' compensation law in the Lewistown, Pennsylvania office.  Mr. Siegel joined the firm in 1998 when Tucker Arensberg, P.C. combined their office in Harrisburg with Hepford, Swartz & Morgan.

Mr. Siegel received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1947 and his J.D. from Yale University in 1950.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and was Chair of the House of Delegates, Chair of the Young Lawyers Section and, Treasurer, a member of the Board of Governors and Chair of the Workers' Compensation Law Section.   He is Past President of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, a Fellow and former Director of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, and was a Trustee and Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Bar Trust from 1992-2000.

From 1980-1987, Mr. Siegel was Chairman of the Committee for Workers' Compensation Referees Rules and Procedures and since 1987 has been Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Rules Committee, both of which were appointed by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor and Industry.

Mr. Siegel is also a member of the American Bar Association, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and a former President and current member of the Mifflin County Bar Association.
