Piyush Seth

Piyush is a Shareholder in the firm's Immigration Law Department.  Born in New Delhi, India and raised in the United States from the age of three, Piyush brings a background that includes business immigration, contract/commercial litigation, tax, and business structuring. Piyush applies his diverse experience from working with hospitals, technology companies, law firms and a "Big 5" Accounting firm to his clients needs. 

Piyush has developed a substantial practice focused on immigration law and has served hundreds of corporate clients with their business immigration needs as well as many individuals with various immigration matters.   

Piyush frequently provides consultation to the Pittsburgh media on immigration related issues and also presents to groups in the Asian, European, Indian and Latin Communities in Pittsburgh on immigration matters. In 2005, Piyush was ranked by myvisajobs.com as one of the top 11 immigration attorneys in Pennsylvania.

Education

Piyush obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a certificate in International Studies and a minor in Economics from Binghamton University, State University of New York, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he also obtained a certificate in Health Law.
