John
P. Papuga
Mr. Papuga, Senior Counsel with Tucker Arensberg, P.C., and a member of the firm since
1963, has devoted the majority of his practice to real estate transactions, title problems
and liens affecting real estate. While commercial recovery occupies a great deal of his
time, John's particular focus is the intricacies in the area of real estate transactions.
John also devotes a considerable amount of time to enforcing the liens of judgments and
mortgages and handling the attendant problems associated with deficiency judgments and
divestiture of liens.

John graduated from Rice University in 1951 and the University of Pittsburgh School of
Law in 1963. Honors include the Order of the Coif and the Law Review. He is admitted to
the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
