Jonathan A. Orie

Jonathan A. Orie, an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department, graduated with honors from Bucknell University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  Jon joined Tucker Arensberg, P.C. after earning his law degree at the Duquesne University School of Law, where he also graduated with honors.

Jon clerked for a trial attorney during his time at Duquesne University School of Law.  He has experience in the areas of: complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court, fraud claims, contract litigation, personal injury, defamation, pharmaceutical litigation, real estate litigation, civil rights litigation, EEOC claims, both Pennsylvania and federal Constitutional law, state appellate work, evidence and conflicts of laws issues.  A member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, Jon is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
