Michael is an attorney in the firm's
Insolvency and Creditor's Rights Practice Group. His practice is focused
primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, representing creditors, insolvency and
workout agreements.
Michael graduated in 2000 from The Pennsylvania State
University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his
J.D. in 2007 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was the
recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Secured Transactions.
While in law school, Michael also worked full time for the Insolvency and
Creditor's Rights Department at Tucker Arensberg.
Michael is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association
and is admitted to practice before all state courts in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and the Untied States District Court for the Western District of
Pennsylvania.
