Matthew J.
Malcho
Mr. Malcho, a member of the firm's
Business and Finance Group, represents financial institutions and borrowers in commercial
and corporate finance transactions. He deals with a wide range of transactional work
consisting primarily of acquisition financing, structured financing, mezzanine debt
financing, syndicated lending and term and revolving credit facilities.
Matt also provides a wide range of advice to financial institutions on
matters dealing with commercial lending, retail banking and regulatory compliance.
Matt received his B.A. in Business Administration with Honors from
Michigan State University in 1992, where he was a National Merit Scholar. He then attended
the University of Pittsburgh School of Law as a Dean's Merit Scholar and received his J.D.
in 1995.
Before joining the firm, Matt served as general counsel to two local
corporations where he dealt with a variety of general corporate, real estate and
commercial financing issues.
Matt is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a
member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
