Christopher E. Fisher

Christopher E. Fisher is an attorney in the firm's Litigation Department and a member of the Workers' Compensation Practice Group. His practice consists of general civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, workers' compensation defense and appellate litigation. He regularly represents and advises employers, insurers and various types of businesses in a broad range of areas; including contract disputes, class action defense, product liability, premises liability, employment matters, and environmental matters. He has also represented financial institutions, construction companies, health care providers, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, municipalities, and individuals in a variety of cases.

Chris graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a B.A. in Sociology, and received his law degree from Widener University School of Law.

Chris is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Dauphin County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
