Donna
M. Donaher
Ms.
Donaher, a shareholder in the Insolvency and Creditors' Rights Department, has been working for
or on behalf of Pennsylvania banking institutions for over eighteen years. Currently, Donna
represents multiple bank clients in the areas of bankruptcy, loan restructuring, real
estate foreclosures, and commercial and consumer collections. Donna also devotes a large
portion of her time providing retail banking and compliance advice to banking clients.
Before joining the firm in 1994, Donna was a resident attorney with PNC
Bank, National Association and First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Pittsburgh. As a resident attorney, Donna practiced in the commercial and
consumer recovery banking and retail banking areas. Donna is a member of the
Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Division of the Allegheny County Bar
Association, as well as a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association's
Consumer Lending and Banking Subcommittee. She received her B.A. with honors
from Denison University and received her J.D. from the University of
Pittsburgh in 1988.
Donna was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in
1988. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for
the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Bankruptcy Court
for the Western District of Maryland.
