Brett Woodburn Joins Tucker Arensberg’s Harrisburg Office

The law firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Brett M. Woodburn has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Harrisburg office. Brett is a shareholder in the corporate group and focuses his practice on real estate law. Additionally he assists clients in the areas of professional licensing law, employment law and general corporate matters.  Prior to entering private practice, Brett was a Clerk to the Honorable John M. Cleland, 48th Judicial District, McKean County.

Brett serves as General Counsel to Keystone Human Services and was Associate General Counsel to the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® for more than 15 years.

Brett earned his JD from Ohio Northern University where he was the Lead Articles Editor of the Law Review, and he earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Allegheny College.
