Tucker Arensberg’s Danielle L. Dietrich elected to the Board of Governors for the ACBA

The law firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Danielle L. Dietrich was elected to the Board of Governors of the Allegheny County Bar Association (“ACBA”) for a three year term. The Board of Governors has authority and control over all the affairs of the association, subject to review at a subsequent membership meeting and also to those matters specifically reserved to the membership by the Association’s by-laws. Danielle previously served as the Chair of the Women in the Law Division of the ACBA.

Dietrich has a diverse practice, concentrating on business and commercial litigation representing clients in matters throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.  A large portion of her practice is devoted to assisting long-term care facilities with public assistance, guardianship and collections matters. She is also committed to the growth of Women-Owned Businesses in our area and focuses a portion of her practice on assisting Women-Owned Businesses and small businesses with their legal needs.  She earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
