Paul ‘Shane’ Miller and Jeremiah J. Vandermark Join Tucker Arensberg

The law firm of Tucker Arensberg, P.C. is pleased to announce that Shane Miller and Jeremiah Vandermark have joined the firm as Associates.

Shane Miller is an Associate in the Litigation group and concentrates his practice on general civil and commercial litigation. He represents several large utility companies in recovering damages to their facilities and also defends the utilities in claims brought against them. Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, Shane was an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges, U.S. Department of Labor, The Honorable Drew A. Swank.  He was also a judicial intern for The Honorable David Cercone.

Shane earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law cum laude.  During law school, he was the Co-Executive Editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology, Law & Policy.  He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University.

Jeremiah Vandermark concentrates his practice on Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditors’ Rights Law representing clients in commercial transactions, restructuring and bankruptcy matters.  Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, Jeremiah was the Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia, where he represented the city in complex tax, condemnation and real estate market value litigation.  Jeremiah was the recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence (2013).

Jeremiah earned his Juris Doctor from University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was the Articles Editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review.  He received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
